Sculpture in Context 2014 was officialy opened on Wednesday the 3rd September in the National Botanic Gardens, showcasing the work of Irish and international artists, it is the largest and most prestigious outdoor sculpture exhibition in Ireland.

Inaugural Presentation of New Award

The New Ireland Assurance Sculpture Award of €3,000 for a large work of distinction in any medium was awarded to Blessing Sanyanga for his sculpture 'Nomadic Family'.
